What’s Happening Now:
PHASE IV – BUILDING ENVELOPE REHABILITATION
Remediate the remaining structural issues and rehabilitate the building envelope to
ensure the long-term stability and weatherization of the building. Phase IV includes completion of the
final design for the interior and exterior of the structure to ensure efficient phasing of the remaining
Currently we are in the process of Eave Restoration:
Fix Rotten Spots Replace Missing Boards & Restore Trim.
PHASE V – FINISH REHABILITATION
Rehabilitate the interior of the building for the proposed sustainable re-use of the structure.

What Could It Be?
The future of the Greenville Junction Depot depends on making the building viable to the community going forward. Someday the depot may again be needed for rail passenger service. In the meantime what could it be? A community center?, an information station?, a restaurant?, a stop on the ITS? What do you think it could be? Sound off below:
